Terms and Conditions

 
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS:-
  1.  We only accept major credit cards issued by US Banks with a US billing Address. The credit cards we accept are (no other international cards will be accepted)

  2. All credit cards will be verified by our system.

 TICKETING:-
  1. Tickets will only be sent to the billing address on file with your credit card/debit card agency (unless you are third party booking tickets for friends & family, in which case you have fill up third party credit authorization form). If the address you provide does not match with that of the billing address of your credit/debit card then your order will not be processed.

  2. ALL DOMESTIC TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED AS ELECTRONIC TICKETS when possible.

  3. Paper tickets or E-tickets will only be shipped to address located within USA. For Orders which require shipping of E-Ticket receipt or Paper ticket to any Country outside USA an additional shipping cost of $35 would be charged.

  4. Paper Tickets are shipped thru Airborne or FedEx or UPS or USPS. Electronic ticket receipts will be sent thru ordinary mail. You need to provide a street address. We cannot ship to a P.O BOX, APO or FPO.

  5. Names for ticketing passengers must be as they appear on individual passports. Once a reservation is confirmed, penalties will apply for changing names.

  6. Review the ticket penalties on the tickets before making any changes to the tickets. PENALTIES CANNOT BE WAIVED OR CHANGED (FOR ANY REASON) AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETED.

  7. Price cannot be guaranteed till the Order gets ticketed. Your Order could get cancelled for any of the following reasons:

    • Declined Credit Card - either incorrect billing address or insufficient credit limit.

    • Any Airfare change by Airlines.

    • On short notice airtickets if Paper ticket cannot be delivered in time before departure. We need atleast 3 working days to process paper ticket transactions.

    • Delay in responding to queries for supplying correct billing address or faxing credit card authorization where the same has been requested.

    If your booking is cancelled for any of the reason listed above - you will be notified thru email.

 REFUNDS/CANCELLATION:-
  1. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR **NOT** TURNING UP AT THE AIRPORT ON THE TRAVEL DATE AS IN THE TICKET.

  2. No refunds will be made on lost tickets or if airline closes/shuts down its operation.

  3. On all unutilized ticket before departure,there will be service charges and cancellation charges levied by the Airlines. In addition, no refunds will be made on partially used tickets.

  4. We act as agents for airlines and accept no responsibility for cancellations and rescheduling of flights by airlines. Even if the airline cancels a flight and agrees to give a full refund, there will be a minimum service charge levied by us.

 PRIVACY:-
  1. We at Vyom Travels, give utmost respect to the privacy of customers who do business with us and to that end we will NOT engage in selling/transfer of personal customer information such as Name, Email, Phone, Address to any third party or marketing agency.

  2. While Vyom Travels strives to protect its user''s personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

  3. Users should be aware that when you are on www.vyomtravels.com you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information.

  4. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our house rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

 OTHER:-
  1. We are an agency working on behalf of the airline and the airline policy governs our major policy changes at all times.

  2. We are not responsible to inform you about any schedule changes or flight cancellations made by airline.

  3. We are not responsible if your reservation gets cancelled due to dupe reservation(making multiple reservations on the same airline through more than one agency) in the airline system. However, we will do what is possible on our behalf to help you.

  4. On Sundays, national holidays and less than 24 hours before start of the first leg of the journey, passengers have to make their own arrangements directly with the airlines, when in need of cancellation/rescheduling of the journey. On Saturdays we will accept requests for cancellation/rescheduling from our customers upto 2.00 PM Pacific Standard Time(PST).

  5. We are not responsible for any baggage mishandling or loss at any stage of the flight journey. You would have to take the matter up directly with the airline.

  6. In case of special requirements such as travelling with pets, infants, unaccompanied minor children, expectant mothers, seniors or any medical condition that may need special treament will have to be handled directly with the airline. We can request the airline for care to be provided on your behalf, but we are not responsible if the airline does not provide it. Provision of special care is solely at at the discretion of the airline company.
